Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Nail Price Studio. The product is intended for licensed or aspiring nail professionals operating a lawful business. By using the product, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Use of the product

Nail Price Studiois an educational pricing planning tool for independent nail professionals. It calculates service price floors, a suggested “confident price,” effective hourly rates, and business capacity. The “confident price” output is calculated from the inputs you provide - service time, material costs, monthly overhead, and your income target - and any optional local reference points you enter. It is a calculation, not a professional recommendation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for deciding how to use the results in your business.

Estimates, not professional advice

Results are estimates calculated from the inputs you provide. Any market price ranges shown are illustrative reference points only - they are not a survey of prices in your specific market and should not be used as a benchmark without independent verification. These estimates are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, or business advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant pricing or business decisions.

Paid access

Full access is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks paid product features for the account that completes checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider or merchant of record shown at checkout.

Paid access may be revoked if a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the product, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape or resell the product, share account access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product over time. We aim to keep the product useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business results.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing in these terms waives any non-waivable rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, including the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the California Unfair Competition Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 17200), and California Civil Code section 1723. U.S. consumers may bring small-claims actions in their state of residence.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms limits your right to make a complaint to a consumer protection authority in your country or state of residence.
