How to reach us
Email is our primary support channel: support@nailpricestudio.com. We do not offer phone, chat, or social-media support at this time.
Response times
We aim to respond to all support emails within 2 business days. During high-volume periods response may take up to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, Israel time (UTC+2/UTC+3).
For urgent billing or access issues, include the word URGENT in your subject line and we will prioritise accordingly.
What we can help with

- Subscription cancellation and refund requests
- Questions about how features work
- Bug reports and unexpected behaviour
- Data export and account deletion requests
What we cannot help with
Nail Price Studio is a calculation tool, not a business advisor. We cannot give you pricing recommendations, tell you what to charge your clients, or advise on your business finances. The tool provides scenario calculations based on inputs you provide — all decisions remain yours.
Access issues after payment
If your paid access is not activated within 5 minutes of payment, email us at support@nailpricestudio.com with the subject Access not activated and include your account email address. We resolve these manually within 1 business day.
Refunds
Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page. To request a refund, email support@nailpricestudio.com with the subject Refund request and your account email address.
Account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@nailpricestudio.com with the subject Delete my account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Service availability
Nail Price Studio is a small independent product. We do not publish an SLA or guarantee uptime. We aim to keep the service available at all times and address outages as quickly as possible.
