7-day refund window for first-time purchases
If this is your first purchase of full access and you are dissatisfied, email us at support@nailpricestudio.com with the subject line Refund request within 7 days of purchase and we will honour your request without requiring a reason, provided you have not already used the paid features to generate and export a full-menu pricing report. Where a refund is approved, access to paid features will be revoked on completion of the refund. This window applies to your first purchase only and is separate from any statutory rights described below.
Try before you buy
Before purchasing, every visitor can run a free diagnostic price check and view the public sample workspace. We recommend using the free check and reviewing the sample workspace before purchasing.
Technical access issues
If a technical issue prevents access to a completed purchase, contact support@nailpricestudio.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
United States customers
This policy does not waive any non-waivable rights you have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection law, including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code section 1750 et seq.), the California Unfair Competition Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code section 17200 et seq.), and the conspicuous-disclosure requirements of California Civil Code section 1723. If you believe this policy was not conspicuously displayed before your purchase, contact us at support@nailpricestudio.com within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
EU/EEA and UK customers
Under EU and EEA law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK law (Regulation 37(2) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where (i) performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and (ii) the consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
The payment provider or merchant of record shown at checkout is responsible for EU, UK, and EEA consumer law compliance at the time of your purchase. The checkout terms you accepted contain the required express consent to immediate performance and the acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal does not apply once your workspace access begins.
If you believe a purchase was made in error or was fraudulent, contact us at support@nailpricestudio.com and we will review it promptly. EU/EEA consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Chargebacks
If a payment provider or card network issues a refund, reversal, or chargeback, full access may be revoked. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly.
